What happens if there is a fault with your product?
The Cookware Company will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:
In the unlikely scenario that any of the above applies, you must tell us as soon as possible and provide evidence of purchase and evidence of the fault with the product. We may need you to return the product to us in its original packaging. We will tell you where the product needs to be returned and we will then decide whether to refund or replace the product.
If you have bought the product as part of a bundle, then you may need to return all of the bundle in order to receive a full refund.
Please note that, if we, acting reasonably, find there is no fault with the product caused by us or our representatives, we may charge you for shipping costs in returning the product.
What happens if you change your mind?
The Cookware Company will not provide refunds if you change your mind about a purchase. Please make your purchase decision carefully.
