What should I do if my item has defects or is damaged upon arrival?
Consumers may take pictures of the defect and email us at customercare@greenpan.co.nz within 30 days after receiving. We guarantee our product(s) to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
