GreenPan ‘Bistro Kitchen Appliances’ cashback lucky draw terms and conditions
1. Instructions on how to enter the draw and the offer form part of these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this GreenPan ‘Bistro Kitchen Appliances’ cashback lucky draw ("Promotion") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
2. The promoter is THE COOKWARE COMPANY AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED ABN 11 639 575 054 of Level 21, 55 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 ("Promoter" or "GreenPan").
3. The Promotion commences at 9:00 am (NZDT) on Tuesday, 20 February 2024, and closes at 11:59 pm (NZDT) on Tuesday, 19 March 2024 ("Promotional Period"). The Promotional Period may be extended in the sole discretion of the Promoter. Entries received after the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
4. Participants must purchase any of the participating products by 11:59pm (NZDT) on Tuesday, 19 March 2024.
5. To enter the draw, participants must:
a. Purchase a GreenPan Participating Product on www.greenpan.co.nz
b. Satisfy the other eligibility and entry requirements in these Terms and Conditions below.
6. One (1) participant per appliance will be drawn at random no later than Tuesday, 26 March 2024 and will receive cashback as store credits to spend on www.greenpan.co.nz. A total of three (3) participants will be drawn at random.
1 participant who purchased a GreenPan XL airfryer will receive NZD299 as store credits
1 participant who purchased a GreenPan Dual Zone airfryer will receive NZD399 as store credits
1 participant who purchased a GreenPan Gourmet Party grill will receive NZD389 as store credits
7. A maximum of two participations per household can be made during the promotion.
Definitions
8. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
a. "Participating Product" means any of the following GreenPan products:
 - CC008230-001: GreenPan XL airfryer
- CC008077-001: GreenPan Dual Zone airfryer
- CC008076-003: GreenPan Gourmet party grill
 that are being sold on www.greenpan.co.nz during the promotion duration.
b. “Purchase” means making full and final payment for a Participating Product during the Promotional Period. This does not include laybys unless the final layby payment is made during the Promotional Period. Use of services such as Afterpay and Zippay transactions do not constitute Purchases unless payment is made in full during the Promotional Period.
c. “Cashback” means store credits (value based on the Participating Product purchased by the Participant during the Promotion period). Each Winner will receive a unique coupon code, shared via email. This coupon code shall be applied at checkout when ordering on www.greenpan.co.nz.
- Each coupon code can be applied once per customer
- There is no spending & purchase requirement on the coupon code
- The coupon code can be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount code
- The coupon code must be applied in the cart before checkout
- The coupon code does not have expiry date
- GreenPan New Zealand reserves the right of final decision on the eligibility of any customer for the relevant offer(s)
- In the case of any disputes, GreenPan New Zealand reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to this promotion and any relevant offer(s), which shall be binding on all the parties concerned
Eligibility and entries
9. To be eligible to enter the draw, each participant must:
a. be a New Zealand resident currently living in New Zealand with a New Zealand residential address;
b. be aged 18 years old or over, or if under the age of 18, have obtained the consent of their parent or legal guardian to participate in this Promotion;
c. be the Participating Product’s end-user, meaning the participant must Purchase the Participating Product for their own use and not for commercial purposes, re-sale, resupply, rental, hire purchase or any other indirect use;
d. Purchase one of the Participating Products during the Promotion period.
Participants must ensure that all personal details provided are correct.
Validation of entries
10. The Promoter will:
a. ensure that the Purchase was made during the Promotion Period
b. ensure that the Purchase was not cancelled
c. ensure that the Participating Product was not returned for a refund
11. Once a participant’s entry has been validated, the Promoter will add his/her name into the draw.
Draw
12.Three (3) winners will be randomly selected by a computer-generated random selection programme. These people selected will be contacted by the Promoter directly. This random selection and announcement will happen no later than Tuesday, 26 March 2024.
If the Promoter cannot contact a winner within 48 hours and all reasonable attempts – via phone & email have been attempted, the Promoter will re-draw that person’s place in the Competition.
General
13. If a Participating Product is returned for a refund or exchange by a Winner, the Winner will not be eligible for cashback and another Winner will be drawn at random.
14. GreenPan reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without incurring any liability.
15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
