This steamer insert is smartly designed to keep things quick and easy. Just take your favourite 24cm casserole. Fill the casserole at least half full of water, put the steamer insert on top and you're good to go! The double-walled construction allows steam to elevate, so your food gets steamed evenly, from top to bottom! You can even prepare an entire meal: simply stack two or three steamer inserts on top of wach other and let the magic happen!

Usage:
• Use in combination with a stock pot that has a 24 cm diameter and a minimum height of 11 cm (= minimum capacity of 4.9 L).
• The stock pot should be at least half full of water (minimum 2.5 L).
• Always use sufficient water, regularly check and add water if needed.
• Always cover the (top) steamer insert with a suitable 24 cm fitting lid.
