“Make the Switch” Campaign
Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the “Make the Switch” campaign organized by The Cookware Company
Australia Pty Ltd., located at Level 21, 55 Collins Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000, Australia with company number 639
575 054 (hereinafter “Organizer”).
Conditions of Participation
The campaign is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and above.
The “make the Switch” Campaign starts at 12:01am (AEST) on 11 September 2024 and closes at 23:59pm (AEST) 30
September 2024 (hereinafter the “Campaign Period”).
The participant will receive a Recycle Voucher for every purchase on www.greenpan.com.au with a value of minimum $50.
The Recycle Voucher is valid until December 31, 2024, and covers pickup service for up to 2 bags (40 x 40 x 20 cm
each). The voucher is non-transferable. Additional items for recycling can be added at your own expense when booking a
pickup date.
The coupon cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
How to Participate
- Place an order on www.greenpan.com.au for a total basket value of at least $50.
- Receive your Recycle Voucher via email.
- Create a Recycle Smart account and activate your voucher code. Once saved in your account, the code is valid for 2
months.
- Book a pick-up before 31 December 2024, using your voucher code.
- Our recycling partner will pick up your old cookware at the booked appointment.
Privacy
By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of
administering the campaign.
Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of this campaign and will not be shared with third
parties without your consent, except as necessary for the administration of the campaign.
General Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the campaign at its sole discretion after verification
of the eligibility of the participant.
The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or other problems that may occur during the
campaign period. In case of technical or logistical problems during the collection campaign, the Organizer will try to
resolve the issue as soon as possible to the best of their ability. The Organizer is under no obligation to extend the
duration of the Campaign.
If a provision is declared invalid, these terms and conditions will be interpreted as if such an invalid or
unenforceable provision had never been included.
By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are
final and binding in all respects.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of the jurisdiction in which the Organizer is located.
